I am writing to you on behalf of Alison and me to thank you so much for helping us move house.
I asked you to help us sell Alison’s house in Manchester and my flat in Liverpool and you were up to the task. Within about two weeks of Alison’s house being on the market you managed to find a buyer, negotiated a price that she was prepared to accept and agreed a timescale with the buyers that was acceptable to all.
The sale of the house went through extremely smoothly and this was in no small part down to you.
My flat took longer to sell, however during this period you offered sensible and ultimately successful advice as a buyer was found at a price that I was happy to accept.
The actual conveyancing process did take longer than anticipated and I know that you were in constant contact with my buyer and his mother and on many occasions at least 20 times per day! However, you kept your calm throughout this process and pushed the solicitors when needed to bring this chain to a successful conclusion.
In addition, I have a new found appreciation of the work that Estate Agents do to get the transactions completed and you did go above and beyond and for that we are both grateful.
We are both very much appreciative of the advice and assistance that you gave and will be recommended your services to all our friends and family.
