During a recent purchase of a flat in Neston the estate agent was Red Rooves. Our main dealings were with Rob and occasionally with the people in the office. It had been a while (18 years) since our last purchase of a property and I wasn’t sure how things had developed within the industry. Rob and his team made the whole process very easy. Solicitors were recommended, appointment times were kept (even early on Saturday mornings) and phone calls were either answered straight away or if Rob was busy then returned within the hour. When I phoned the office messages were promptly passed on and information sourced so I wasn’t left hanging on. When the odd delay looked likely Rob chased up the solicitors to find the searches. After a survey had been completed and there were a few issues that needed to be resolved I was able to submit a renewed offer which was dealt with promptly and a satisfactory conclusion was reached. I was able to pick up the keys from Rob at a convenient time and access the property to start the programme of works. Most of the communication was completed by phone and email which was really convenient for all. I would highly recommend the staff at Red Rooves for their efficient and friendly way of doing business and would not hesitate in asking Rob to source a property in the future. I found his knowledge and interest in the property business genuine and was never made to feel as if I was imposing or causing any hassle when asking questions that probably had very obvious answers!
