As Chief Executive of Bradbury Fields Services for Blind and Partially Sighted people, it gives me great pleasure to thank Rob Smith from Red Rooves Estate Agents for adopting us as their Charity of the Year.
For over 160 years, our organisation has provided a range of services for blind and partially sighted people living in Merseyside. We were awarded “Freedom of the City” status in 2018.
We exist to support blind and partially sighted people from the point of diagnosis through the complex emotional journey of sight loss. We provide new skills and enable people to engage in a range of specialised and mainstream social activities designed to break social isolation and reduce loneliness.
